- Full name: David Goggins
- February 17, 1975 in Buffalo, New York
- David Goggins is marathon runner, cyclist, motivational speaker, author, and retired Navy Seal. He began is military career in the late 1990s. He was part of the United States Air Force for five years. After he left, he completed the BUD/S Training and became a United States Navy Seal. During his service, several of his friends died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan and this prompted him to began his career in long-distance running to raise money for Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
- Throughout the years, Doggins has completed several marathons, like the Bad Water-135 Ultramarathon and Furance Creek-508. He has also has created a career as a motivational speaker, mainly for sports teams and athletes. In 2018, he published his self help memoir entitled, "Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds."
